This class is for brand new quilters or those want to refresh their skills. We cover the basics of fabric, rotary cutting, 1/4" seam allowance, several piecing techniques, quilting, and binding. Participants can make a quilt or just use practice fabric to learn the techniques. We will sew in class so participants need to have a sewing machine. Book purchase is required: All Things Quilting by Alex Anderson.

Are you new to the world of machine embroidery? Would you like to learn more about hoops, stabilizers, needles, threads, and embroidery files? You will learn all about these tools while creating a project in class with the help of the instructors. You will need basic working knowledge of your machine to include how to access your embroidery files. Our instructors will walk you through this process so you will walk away feeling comfortable using your machine to create beautiful projects.

Meets the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1:00 pm for 10 months Celebrate Spring and family with the Green Fields block of the month. This is a queen size quilt that features green, blue, and beige hues. This is a 10-month class that is suitable for beginning to advanced quilters.

These mini quilts represent the first half of the year. There is everything from Snowmen to Lemonade. In this class you will create beautiful blocks while learning fun new skills. These blocks are created in a 5x7 hoop. The finished mini quilt will measure 12x12. Space is limited so sign up early.

You have purchased your longarm and practiced some basic stitches but now what? In this longarm academy, Denise will walk you through a multitude of techniques to take your quilting to the next level. The brand of longarm you own does not matter. The class will have hands-on practice, lecture, and a question-and-answer session. Take all of the classes or pick and choose which ones work best for you.

Did you know you can quilt your quilt tops in the hoop of your embroidery machine? Have you wanted to learn how to quilt in the hoop? If the answer is YES, then this is the class for you. Machine embroidery is a great way to add intricate designs and patterns to your quilt. Using your embroidery machine, you learn to quilt a continuous edge to edge design. You need good working knowledge of your embroidery machine and a large hoop. Class cost includes a kit to make the quilt sandwich to learn this technique.
